JOB DESCRIPTION
The Partnership Development Manager will generate commercial revenue through the acquisition of brand partnerships for Lausanne City. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills and experience representing premium rights holders in the creation of multi-faceted sports marketing platforms.

THE ROLE

Areas of responsibility and tasks in which something can be changed:
TASKS:
1. Identification of Partners/Sponsors: Research and identify companies and organisations whose values are in line with those of Lausanne City FC.
2. Partnership proposals: Design and present attractive partnership proposals, highlighting the mutual benefits.
3. Negotiation: Leading negotiations with potential partners and establishing agreements that promote the club's growth and visibility.
4. Relationship management: Maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring regular communication and maximising their commitment.
5. Events and Activities: Organising events and activities in collaboration with partners to strengthen relationships and raise the club's profile.
6. Market analysis: Monitor market trends and best practice in sports partnerships to adjust strategies accordingly.
MISCELLANEOUS:
CLUB STRATEGY: in carrying out your duties, you will always keep an eye on the club's strategic direction (e.g. the roadmap) and, in coordination with the department's management and all stakeholders, you will make a decisive contribution to achieving our regional and national club objectives.
Salary: Commission % on contracts brought in
SKILLS
EXPERIENCE AND PREVIOUS ACHIEVEMENTS MATTER HERE:
Relevant to the position:
- Degree in marketing, business management or related field.
- Experience in developing partnerships, preferably in the event sports sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for sport and an understanding of the football environment.
Fluency in French and English; other languages an asset.
Willingness to travel 0-10
