JOB DESCRIPTION
As a City Football Schools Coach, you will be responsible for delivering enjoyable, exciting, dynamic and challenging training sessions to players aged 5-11 on a weekly basis using the methodology developed within Lausanne City. You will be expected to deliver high quality sessions as part of the City Football Schools.
Our club was founded in October 2021 and after our promotion in 2023, we want to continue to make history. But our journey is far from over. We want to give football the status that Lausanne and its region deserve in this city that is so passionate about sport, and we want to continue to celebrate fantastic moments of football with our fans. TASKS:
- Connecting and developing young players (girls & boys)
- To ensure that Lausanne City's philosophies, methodologies and training principles are incorporated into the implementation of the programme.
- Veiller à ce que les séances soient agréables, passionnantes, dynamiques, stimulantes, éducatives et amusantes, en utilisant une variété de techniques d'enseignement et d'entraînement.

- Âgés de 5 à 11 ans.
MISCELLANEOUS:
The post holder will work closely with the Academy Director.
Salary: CHF 20/hour
SKILLS
EXPERIENCE AND PREVIOUS ACHIEVEMENTS MATTER HERE:
Relevant to the position:
- Previous coaching experience in a youth training environment.
- In-depth knowledge of training principles and coaching methods for young players.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to assess and develop players' skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with players, parents and other club members.
- Diploma in coaching and/or J+S
French (additional language, an asset)
Willingness to travel 0-10
